It is a coed, NO BLOCKING Flag Football league focused on equal participation in the world's best sport. Our league teaches values and sportsmanship over winning and losing. We believe that one weekday practice and a practice before games is the perfect blend of learning and having fun without committing too much time away from family and schoolwork.
